Education Revisited

Hi everyone,

I'm glad this blog is still being kept alive. I'll try to check & post often, even though Internet connections are totally unbearable in Australia.

Albert Einstein once said that "education is what survives when what has been learnt has been forgotten". Well, this is what has survived after I have forgotten everything I learnt in G.P.:

All the best for our upcoming release of A Level results!

What I found about 68 in 20 minutes

1) 68 is a happy number (ref: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Happy_number)

2) In normal distribution, 68% of values are within one standard deviation from the mean (whatever that means, if you still remember your stuff. haha)

3)Those Were the Days (mary hopkins, released in 1968)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X5pkkAhETYg --> must watch! nice lyrics...

4) tsk tsk... 08s68's blog --> http://08s68.blogspot.com/

5) my blog's the 36th result when you google '07s68'

Now it's gonna be awhile before I book in, so this would be one of my attempts to revive this withering blog.

For guys, time in the army passes really slowly and quickly, depending on how you see it. For some girls, time working is sian or maybe interesting, but the pay is thrice or more than mine, so Wow~ haha. It's been exactly a month since enlisting... and I still do miss school life, and surely this class. oh this is getting emo...

Eh eh eh... hmm. we've so far had 2 outings this year. One at swensen's on 3Jan, and one during CNY, at erm... the wherever it is. so cld someone organise another one??? like... ok not so soon. My next 3 wkends are in camp. ZZZ!

ok at least the tagboard is working eventhough no one posted.

OKok... I'd just do smth we all like, since we've all not studied in a long time (at least most of us)... and we need to crack... not crack our brains but crack up in laughter... so...

Gravity is a law. Lawbreakers will be brought down!

Q: Does light have mass?
A: Of course not. It's not even Catholic!!!

You enter the laboratory and see an experiment. How will you know which class is it?If it's green and wiggles, it's biology. If it stinks, it's chemistry. If it doesn't work, it's physics.

Q: Why is electricity so dangerous?A: It doesn't conduct itself.

Q: What's the difference between a mathematician and a physicist?A: A mathematician thinks that two points are enough to define a strait line while a physicist wants more data.

Enjoy yourselves! may this blog never die!
